2D was founded in 1993 by Dirk Debus & Rainer Diebold to develop data recording for racing bikes. 2D is based in Karlsruhe, Germany, and employs more than 30 people. 2D is a specialist in ultra compact, high-resolution data recording and measurement equipment ranging from sensors to analytic software. Customers are from all levels of racing - MotoGP, Superbike, F1, DTM, DTCC, from World Rally Car and Paris-Dakar to Horse Racing - including a wide range of special developments for customers such as the Oracle America's Cup boat.
