The Grand Prix of Germany became a true test of endurance and skill for the premier class field. Although the MotoGP Race at the Sachsenring was held in the dry, only 10 out of 18 riders made it to the chequered flag. The Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP duo were amongst the 'survivors'.
